I am not aware that logo is built and installed anywhere on Athena,
but it's something I enjoy playing with. I found a version at UCB
which has a configure script and builds trivially in a few minutes;
could this be a candidate for sipb or outland? It's at
anarres.cs.berkeley.edu as pub/ucblogo/ucblogo.tar.Z.
