No, partial success is worse. If it just ignored <table>, <tr>, and
<td> tags, then at least all the information would be available to me,
even if the formatting was poor. As things are now, I see absolutely
nothing.
Take a look at the "Departments" section of http://www.sname.org/ in
Mosaic and in Netscape, and tell me again that what Mosaic does is
better than ignoring table tags completely.

solaris. PgUp/PgDn does work properly on this sgi, so it must be a
solaris thing.
