Nope.  While Netscape's behavior is certainly more useful, Mosaic is
conformant to the HTML spec.  The spec never defines what POST'ing to
a "mailto:" URI is supposed to do, so popping up a Mailto window and
sending mail from there isn't all that unreasonable.
