What happened to Mosaic foreign languages?

Hi,
I use the SIPB Mosaic on Athena. Last spring, I used to be able to
access foreign-language documents by selecting the appropriate
character set (Czech, Russian, etc.) from the Fonts menu.
I have noticed that these days, when I run Mosaic, I no longer have
foreign-language character sets available, although the "What's New"
page still advertises them as "one of the latest upgrades".
How do I use Mosaic with the foreign-language character sets that used
to be available?
