Sal, you seem to have removed the TIOCSTI feature of tty.c in pmail,
so that it doesn't simulate typed input any more. (Only the NetBSD
binary seems to reflect this change.) Was there a reason for this,
apart from code aesthetics?

Now, if I do a ~h, I should be able to edit the to field, subject field,
etc., but it is not allowing me to delete from the subject field. (only
to add characters to it).
