The tgrind manpage is where it's always been, and I have no trouble
accessing it. There is an appropriate entry in both the windex and
whatis files. I don't know why `add sipb; man tgrind' wouldn't work
for you.
Please try it again, and if it fails, try it from paco and verify that
it's not a customization problem of yours. If it still fails for some
reason, let us know.
