Well, attempts were made to get FrameMaker for both
SVR4 and SCO (the SCO version would run under Linux).
However, it appears that FrameMaker Corp could not provide
license-server style versions of the program, and so the
only thing you could do is purchase a copy of the program for
personal use.
The status of the above may change, but for now, it appears we
can't get that. Sorry
