I ripped the enc.c test program out of one of the DES libraries
floating around, and installed it in the SIPB locker as "descrypt".
It isn't the nicest interface, but it's not hard to use and I wanted a
simple program to let me encrypt a file as securely as Kerberos
encrypts its data.
It's currently installed for NetBSD/i386. It will be installed for
Ultrix, Solaris, AIX, Linux, and IRIX by the end of the day.
