I received the following:
%%%%%%%%%%%%
iso8859-1 font is not specified in the FontSet:
Congratulations, you have found a bug in
NCSA Mosaic 2.4 (L10N/Fish) SIPB on Sun.
If a core file was generated in your directory,
please run 'dbx Mosaic' (or 'dbx /path/Mosaic' if the
Mosaic executable is not in your current directory)
and then type:
dbx> where
and mail the results, and a description of what you were doing at the time,
to bug-sipb@mit.edu. We thank you for your support.
...exiting NCSA Mosaic now.
afs: failed to store file (over quota or partition full)
%%%%%%%%%%%%
(without the percent signs) while working on Athena. The core file was
evidently not generated due to insufficient account space (although I
had over a meg. free, so space was not the original source of the error).
The sequence of events was:
1) I had mosaic running (fishwrap)
2) I had xzewd running
3) While in the xzewd "edit people" screen I clicked "help"
4) A new mosaic window appeared after a while, although it was blank
5) The error message was printed, and after a pause (presumably while
attempting to write the core) the new mosaic window disappeared.
