Hi,

I've encountered a repeatable bug in the SIPB versio of xdvi.
The program halts while loading ps images, (this is after
the program successfully displayed many pages with ps figures.
The computer freezes and my login killed after a few seconds.
I don't think the problem is with any of the figures in my
document. I have not encountered the problem until yesterday, and
I have not added any new figures since the last time xdvi worked
correctly for me. Also, the program halts at different pages on
different tries. The program seem to halt when I page through the
document at a fast pace. The Console prints the following message
when the program halts:
zwgc: X IO error on display ":0.0"
There are other lines, but I could not read it before the Console
also disappears on me.

I've also managed to crash the program using other Sun workstations.
So it is probably not this particular workstation's fault.
I also had a chance to try xdvi on an IBM powerstations. It didn't
give me any problems, but I do not have the time to give it a thorough
test.

I would appreciate it if someone can look at this problem.
I'm trying to finish my thesis proposal. It's kinda tough when
xdvi keep logging me off. Sigh..
