Just as the default Print Command is
lpr
the default "Format for printed document" should be PostScript.
Those are the choices that most peopel select, and people who don't
know progably want PostSCript, anyway.
It would be reasonable to wait until the next time somebody rebuilds
Mosaic for other reasons to implement this change.
