Since there are even people in gsipbbin who apparently do not feel
comfortable abiding by a decision that was reached by the SIPB, I have
copied the sources from the sipbsrc locker to somewhere less readable
and have made them unreadable by anyone but myself.
If, at the meeting on Monday night, the decision made over the mailing
list is reversed, I will restore the sources, make them world-readable
again and remove the timeout from the installed binaries.
Actually, I will restore the sources no matter what on Monday night
(but not make them world-readable again if the decision to leave the
timeout in is upheld), since I assume that whatever differences we
have over giving the sources out to non-members can be resolved at the
meeting.
