Actually, I don't think mail was ever sent here about this change...
bug-sipb will now get errors from the nightly sync of the SIPB locker
into the athena cell. This is because this information is arguably,
at least as important to bug-sipb as sipb-afsreq. This was supposed
to start happening a week ago, but there was an error in the
implementation.
