I'm currently in the process of [re]moving the TeX installation from
the sipb locker to newtex (aka project.tex in the sipb cell).
The changes should transparent to the users.
In case someone does complain about the SIPB TeX setup, I would
appreciate it if you could
1) tell them to try doing "add -f newtex"
2) send me mail describing the problem in some detail
I'll send a full report of what was done to bug-{sipb,newtex} as soon
as I'm actually done...
