This is because:
(a) quiche likes to mount /afs/athena/contrib/sipb on
/mit/sipb instead of /afs/sipb/projcet/sipb, for reasons
we're not sure of.
(b) The Athena cell copy of the sipb locker doesn't have
/mit/sipb/lib/Roget/*. The Athena cell copy of the locker
is generally useless right now, which is a known problem.
