On a vaguely related note, I (a long time ago) got the source to
`remind', at Jon's suggestion, as a possible replacement for hebcal.
It seemed to build and run ok; the problem was that I didn't find (and
didn't look too long, I admit) the relevant info on making it into a
replacement for hebcal. If someone would like to look into it, it
would be a good thing (and I can, of course, help out with the more
unixly concerns. :-)
