Interesting that you say this, since 44lite (as seen in NetBSD,
anyway) agrees more closely with one of the other suggestions, as far
as my (quick) inspection of /usr/share goes...  (things are in
/usr/share/foo, rather than /usr/share/lib/foo, as Marc suggested.

For people who wonder if I'm taking votes or something, the answer is
`or something'.  I'd like to discuss it, but I don't really think an
organized meeting is feasible; certainly not this week.  If people
think that email is too limited as a discussion medium, propose
alternatives (to me directly or to the list if necessary).
