The thesaurus and xthesaurus programs were referencing project.sipbsrc
in the sipb AFS cell. We noticed this when project.sipbsrc became
inaccessible today (details will be forthcoming). This is not
appropriate behavior for a program in the sipb locker, so I copied the
thesaurus data from /mit/sipb/src/Roget/lib (using the backup volume,
which was readable) to /mit/sipb/lib/Roget and modified
/mit/sipb/lib/perl/th to reference that instead. This got thesaurus
working again.
I should, of course, fix this in the source tree, but we can't do that
until project.sipbsrc is back in production.
