IN a move to make even more things crash and maintain my reputation,
I have decided to clean up some of the Mosaic stuff.
so, other than the fact that the sources are now merged in
all platforms (all platforms are now on the patched mosaic we
are running).
I decided to remove the "local" documentation menu from
Documents, seeing as the documentation is old, and pointless
(if NCSA goes down... tough).
I moved all the /mit/sipb/lib/mosaic* and other related
files in lib to /mit/sipb/lib/Mosaic/
and removed the mosaic prefix (so mosaic-mime.types is now
Mosaic/mime.types). If other clients also want to use the
same mime files, we could rename the Mosaic directory to WWW
or something else related.
To make mosaic still work with these, I edited the a
app-defaults file.
Finally, I added one more entry to the documents menu.
Currently, it is named "About SIPB's Mosaic", but I guess it
can be changed if people feel the urge. Functionally, this wil
be a page that details stuff new to Mosaic, and also how to
get to the neat/fast features of Mosaic.
I am writing it now, and the update should occur tonight
at some point....
