Subject: Why can't I xrn?

The other day I got a message saying I was over disk quota on sipb. I didn't know I had anything on it! All I do through sipb is xrn. My newsrc. or whatever file might be big, but my memory used kept growing, despite the fact that I added no new groups. I did try to save posts I was putting up, but I never was able to find them in my files. Is this where the memory went? If so, how can I get rid of them. I have no idea what files I have on sipb, no idea how they got there, and no idea how to get to them. Now I go to xrn, and the only messages that appear are the ones that I posted earlier in the day. What gives? Is this my punishment for going over the disk quota (which I didn't know was happening, and had no idea how to stop)? Usenet is my lifeline, and I need it. Please help me get this straightened out.
