Backed out new Mosaic for the RS6K

/mit/sipb/rsaixetc/Mosaic was an ELF executable this morning; in fact,
it was equivalent to /mit/sipb/sun4etc/Mosaic.  I did "mv Mosaic.old
Mosaic" in /mit/sipb/rsaixetc and released project.sipb to correct the
problem.
