new Mosaic

okay.. well, I put a new mosaic in [machtype]etc (note the ETC)
as Mosaic. the old version is Mosaic.old
since there were quite a few changes, and I was the only person
who tested it, although it worked for me, it might well fail
for a lot of people (it flutzes with things it didn't before)
so, if it fails (the fonts will be slightly different, but all
else should be the same), someone with gssipbin (and preferably
system:administrators) should go to the writeable sipb volume
(/afs/.sipb/project/sipb/[sun4/decmips/rsaix]etc
and mv Mosaic.old Mosaic.
then vos release project.sipb -cell sipb
anyway, I believe things will not go wrong, but since I may not b
be around for a while, I thought I should warn people.
