I was running trn on a DECstation. At about 21:12 it suddenly decided
that that hundreds of valid newsgroups were bogus. I hit C-\ and C-c
many times and was able to kill it. The core dump is
/mit/jfc/nb/tmp/core.trn. The last thing I did before it went insane
was hit '-' at the "End of newsgroups" prompt.
CC-ed to usenet in case the server was confused and sent a bad active
file to the client. I was reading on bolognese.
