This is actually a by-product of the semi-threadedness of the
interface; the spining globe you'd need to click is on the
yet-to-be-mapped window. Eit. :-/
You should instead use the Local help under the Documents menu, unless
there's some reason to not use it.
I'll tell NCSA about it, but I'm pretty sure they're heard it
already. :-)
