Yeah, the stuff bert did for athena should completely outdate the
sipb+outland stuff, once it's `out there'. There's some sipb stuff in
random places for other tex extensions like chtex and musictex, but if
you were using that, you'd know. :-)
Notable changes in 7.7:
o dvips instead of dvi2ps
o 600dpi fonts
o newer version of xdvi
o newer version of tex
o newer version of latex
o newer versions of most style files (which will be the real pain, since
some old things will probably need to be changed)
In general, athena just got the newest `current release' and sipb is
about to get the newest bleeding-edge stuff...

P.S. You got ultrix 4.4? Heh heh; I remember when Ultirx wasn't
supposed to make it past 4.2a :-)
