Subject: Uploading to athena
Summary: I can't
Downloading from athena works just fine, uploading not at all.
sipb's stuff (rz, rx, rg) just simply doesn't work (bombs after a
random amount of time, without uploading anything. Kermit I havent
been sucessful above 1200 bps. Some of my students have reported that
things worked for about half to 3/4 of the upload, then crashed.
I know that sipb supports the sipb stuff, but this problem began when
the dialup servers started running the "kerberized" version of the
telnet daemon.
If there is some change that sipb needs to make to be successful,
please forward this message to the proper address.
I would like to help resolve this issue, to include modifying the
programs if necessary (for sipb).
Thanks for your help.
