The netprob specialist is wrong. Bugs about discuss should go to
bug-discuss. I suspect that (one of) the author(s) of the code in
question doesn't keep up with bug-sipb very regularly anymore.
As for the bug itself, more details will need to be known before
bug-discuss can do anything about it. For example, which
emacs-discuss elisp was being used? If it was the stuff in the sipb
locker, the problem is `solved'; the code was removed. Also, what
does ``poked around and found a file named...'' mean?
