xzwrite fixes

I made a couple fixes to xzwrite.
1) The extra line has been removed from the bottom of the destinations
list.
2) Ctrl-left button works properly.
3) Destinations no longer have to be spelled out explicitly; "bjaspan"
= "MESSAGE,PERSONAL,bjaspan", "foo,bar" = {"foo,bar,*","MESSAGE,foo,bar"}
depending on a resource setting.
4) The destinations window is placed by the window manager when
geometry specs aren't given (it used to come up at 0,0).
5) All the translation tables are in the resource file, so they
can be user specified. I discovered that key combinations using
Meta fail completely on an X Toolkit application.
