found a bug in xfig. wasn't sure who to send it to, but since your
name appears in the man page, i thought you might be a good place to
start.
according to the man page, the user can specify the startup size of
the work area with command line options.

> Make xfig come up units wide (where units are either cm

however, when i try something like "xfig -w 5 -h 4", it gives me a
window that is 5x4 pels, not 5x4 inches of work area.
