This doesn't seem to exist.  This would lead me to believe that you
installed something in the sipb locker that wasn't in sipbsrc.  This
is a no-no.  Please copy whatever source you used to build Mosaic-2.4
in the sipb locker into sipbsrc/src/Mosaic-2.4.
