Hi, could you please expand on the problem?
what were you trying to do? (open the window..) does that
mean you minified it and couldn't pop it back up? or could you not
run the program?... what sort of errors or behavior were you getting?
what machine were you on (If you can remember.. or at least what brand
would be helpful).
