This is due to the server not running. Apparently the user is supposed
to run the server herself. However, there are no instructions on how
the server should be started, nor does the man page mention this.
I spent a few minutes searching for the server (called "mbogglemaster"
I think), but could not find it anywhere. Does it exist? If so,
where is it? How does one start it? Etc.
