I haven't noticed any problems viewing the URL

(I am currently viewing it with the version of Mosaic for decmips in the
SIPB locker)
are you sure that it has a .txt extension? This is probably your problem;
I had problems reading gzipped files until I gave them the .txt sub-extension.
It seemed that Mosaic didn't know what to do with them otherwise.
