For the past year or so, I've "maintained" (not that there's ever been
a bug report or anything to maintain) "psify" in the potluck locker.
It's a really cool program that formats text files and does an
especially nice job with C and Clu files.
I've installed it in the Sipb locker because (1) people are more
likely to have Sipb attached and use programs there, and (2) unlike a
year ago, I have the access to do that sort of thing now. :-)
Installed for dec, sun, rsaix, and vax, with man page.
