Next on the games-on-charon list is pokerd. I can *only* find the
binary for pokerd and poker_scores. No clients anywhere, no source
anywhere. Also, this is the scorefile:

Given how long it's been since the scorefile was written, and how long
it's been since `spook' was `spook' (someone was considering using it
for `ancient SIPB trivia' questions at the next elections, even...), I
think it's safe to say we desupported poker a while ago,
retroactively.
No pokerd for picayune, unless I hear a good reason otherwise.
