The tgrind binary currently there dates to 1997, and is owned by yoav, so=
=20
it would not surprise me if there is nobody currently maintaining the=20
program.
The file referenced does exist, but because the program has not been=20
compiled for a recent version of Linux, attempting to run the program=20
emits the misleading error message. (I forget the technical details.)
