When I start xrn on an RT without the SIPB locker attached, I get the
following error message:
Tue Jan 5 21:30:23 1993: Can't get the name of the news server from `/mit/sipb/etc/server'.
Either fix this file, or put NNTPSERVER in your environment.

My complaint is not that I get an error (I know why), but the last line of
the error message consists of the string "xrn:" with no other text. There
should be an error message following "xrn:", or the line should not be
printed.
