RSCS is the (general, not TCP-specific) BITNET software package on
mitvma. b{write,finger} might be completely unusable, or we might be
able to get to some sites but not others.
It's also possible that a sufficiently complete test could cause our
end of the link to die. I'll check it (although maybe a bit later than
8:15 AM ...).
