Just in case no one has noticed yet, the new version of xfig has a
serious problem with all sorts of wiggly lines: splines, circles,
ellipses, etc. Circles drawn under 2.1.5C look fine when loaded up with
v. 2.1.4.
This is fixed in version 2.1.6 of xfig, which will be installed by
tomorrow.
