I updated the Athenaized vm-beta version to 5.32beta. It seems a bit
faster than 5.31beta, because it loads all at once. If I have not
mentioned this before, all that is necessary to use this adaptation of
VM for Athena is to add the following line to your .emacs file, provided
that your aleady have /mit/sipb/lib/elisp in your load-path, as I hope
everyone on this list does:
(autoload 'vm "vm-beta" "VM Mail 5.32-beta" t)
M-x vm will get your mail from your Athena pobox.
(Don't judge the interface by the defaults; it's highly customizable.
read the Info file, which has an entry in the sipb elisp info
directory.)
