Err.. yeah. It's not being used by anyone as far as I can tell,
but it does work. I refrained from moving the perl stuff into
the "real" location and announcing it because I was led to
believe that jik's thesis would make it obsolete.
If this is no longer the case, then I can complete packaging it.
If this motd program will no longer be useful, however, let's blow
it away before someone uses it and gets hurt. :-)
