It wasn't me. If I had intended on modifying it myself, or had actually
done it, I would have mentioned that as well in my report.
Some people were joking over zephyr about sticking various versions of
IHTFP in there, but I didn't pay much attention to it. If anyone did go
through the work to type in the multitude of IHTFP variants, it's been
lost now. If so, it should provide an excellent illustration of why RCS
is needed.
