Hi!
It seems you've been bitten by the naming problem. You see, 'epoch',
in the sipb locker, is:
planet(SIPB) UNIX Programmer's Manual planet(SIPB)
NAME
planet, moonphase, epoch
- print phase of the Moon and planetary information, precess
data in .star file format.
Which is not what you want. :-)
The epoch you're thinking of is available in the gnu locker, although
I'm not sure how up to date it is.
On a related note, SIPB is currently doing some work on GNU tools,
which might include epoch. I'll see if we have enough space available
to add epoch4.2 (if the one in the gnu locker isn't up to date).
Also: in the future, please use the mailing list
bug-sipb@athena.mit.edu for questions concerning the sipb locker.
Thanks!
