Hi Richard.
~sipb/man/whatis is hopelessly out of date; we hope to get it updated
soon, but were waiting to see if any of the desupported programs
needed to be added back in (at least one, memo, was) and, truthfully,
I was waiting to be done with ClearingHouse. :-) I'll go ahead and
delete that entry now. Oh, by the way, if you want to get at anything
that's been desupported, we are storing them temporarily in
/afs/sipb/project/sipb-old.
