The program 'th' depends on finding perl in
/afs/athena/contrib/perl/perl. Now that perl is on the packs, someone
should install an apropriate bit of magic to fall back to the packs,
so users don't need to know that when helen goes down for maintenace a
SIPB program will fail. (Or maybe modify zinit to 'add' helen to the
list of filsrv's subbed to by '{add,attach} sipb'. :-)
