edsc relies on binaries in tytso's dir

I get my discuss.el out of sipb (I'm pretty sure), and there's some lossage
in the sipb cell, now. When I try running discuss in emacs, I get:
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/user/user/tytso/src/edsc/edsc.decmips does not exist!
Shouldn't the binaries be somewhere in the sipb locker? Or at least
somewhere on the same machine, so I don't get partial lossage like this.
