[3055] in SIPB bug reports

I can't use any of this programs to extract a specific page from the
following file:
/afs/grand.central.org/darpa/doc/afs/specs/progint/psrv/psrv-spec.dvi.
dvi2ps and dvitps produce PostScript which won't print.
dvips the following weird error:

I'm not sure what the problem is here, I don't expect it to get fixed.
