I use sipb tcsh. When I am in another person's directory and I try to
cd into a sub-directory that I do not have permission to lookup, and
that has same name as a sub-directory in my homedir, it auto-magically
puts me into that sub-directory of my homedir. It should just return
the error : Permission denied, like it does with a sub-directory that I
don't have one of the same name.

ps- probe and tlyu also think that this a bug, rather than a feature.
