Hi. This isn't a bug report per se. I'm trying to find out how to
change romaji or kana into kanji in nemacs in the nihongo locker.
The support software (egg) is different from what I used a year
or so ago (skk).
Here's the situation:
I have jserver running, I've turned `egg-mode' on, and I type in some
hiragana. I hit the space bar, the cursor widens out and the kana
I've just typed are enclosed in vertical bars, but the only thing I
seem to be able to do to the characters is to switch between hiragana
and katakana by hitting the space bar again. How does one bring
up a list of possible kanji and then insert the proper one into the
text?
An another note, the version of nemacs I used a while back had
a very nifty semi-interactive tutorial on using nemacs, rather
than the text in NEMACS.tut, which seems to be a translation
of the normal emacs tutorial. Do you know if the former tutorial
is available?
Thanks!
