Someone seems to have deleted all the x10 source and binaries from the
sipbcell (not counting one of the pbmtools that converts to x10bm, I
think..). I didn't do it and don't know who did. If this causes any
problems, someone let me know and I'll add it to the list of things to
restore from tape...
